League Championship Series Goes the Distance, Ottawa Prevails
When the entire season comes down to one game, Adam Justice said you find out what a team is really about.

As it turns out, the Ottawa Lynx are made of fight and tenacity, as the team got by the Erie Brigs 10-7 tonight at Ottawa Stadium in order to win the League Championship Series and book a place in the next round.

"It wasn't hard to get excited for this game," said Justice, whose strong offensive output earned him MVP honors. "Our guys answered the call and proved a lot about what our team is all about."

Justice hit .520 with a .625 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 6 RBI and scored 9 runs.

The Ottawa Lynx don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Austin Rattlesnakes - Caseyville Fighter Pilots series. That series is tied at 3 games apiece. The Confederation Cup schedule will be announced after the League Championship Series finishes.
