Reds Get One-Run Win at Milwaukee
|
The Cincinnati Reds defeated the Milwaukee Brewers, 6-5, at Miller Park today. Leading the charge for Cincinnati was left fielder Jonathan Grollman. He went 3-5 with a home run and a triple, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. With the win, Cincinnati upped its record to 56-32.
Juan Rosado, who finished 4th in the NL in wins above replacement with 6.3 in 2041, aided the Cincinnati cause with a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh. For the game, the second baseman was 1 for 4.
"We've got a great group of guys," Grollman said, "and we're having fun right now."
