Pichardo Lifts Brewers to 8-2 Win
The Milwaukee Brewers defeated the Houston Astros, 8-2, at Miller Park today. Leading the charge for Milwaukee was shortstop Sergio Pichardo. He went 4 for 4 with a home run and 3 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The win puts Milwaukee at 55-53 this season.

The Brewers got a big hit from third baseman Ken DeMattio. In the bottom of the sixth, DeMattio pounded a 2-run home run to left. His 12th home run of the season put the Brewers ahead, 5-2.

"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Pichardo.
