Brandt Shuts Down Fisher Cats, 8-0 Tuesday, May 3rd , 2101 It wasn't easy but Ed Brandt made it look that way. Brandt silenced the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, 8-0, in a San Antonio Missions triumph at Outcasts Ballpark. Despite the appearance of dominance, Brandt said that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up no walks and 4 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else."
