Drahman Superb Against Cedar Rapids Saturday, June 27th , 2099 Brian Drahman led the South Bend Cubs to a 7-0 shutout victory over the Cedar Rapids Kernels at Impact Ballpark today. "My pitching coach told me before the game just to bear down and focus," Drahman recalled later. "He said no one was going to hit me if I'm throwing a good breaking ball with good location." Drahman yielded 4 hits and had 8 strikeouts and 1 walk in the standout performance. "I thought he put the ball where he wanted to," Cedar Rapids manager Manny Seoane said.
