Las Vegas used a superb performance from starting pitcher Juan Ruvalcaba to down the El Paso Chihuahuas, 8-1. The wins continue to add up for Las Vegas. The latest makes it 9 in a row.

Ruvalcaba was effective against the Chihuahuas, seldom allowing a hard-hit ball. The right-hander limited El Paso to just 1 run on 3 hits over 8 innings.
