Montreal Expos starter Juan Nieves led his team to victory over the New York Mets, 4-2. The left-hander was locked-in. Montreal has run its win streak to 4 consecutive.
Left Fielder Mike Lindsay made an impact for Montreal, when he swatted a 2-run home run off Dana Lewis in the top of the fourth. For the contest, Lindsay went 1-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
