Wolter Slams 5 Hits for Santa Clarita HS Sunday, March 11th , 2046 Brad Wolter did a number on the Fightin Whites in the 11-6 Santa Clarita HS victory -- and the number was 5. The Classics center fielder banged out 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Classics Ballpark to lead his club past the Hampton HS Fightin Whites. "I felt good in the batter's box," he said. "I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done." Brad Wolter singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Caleb Porteous in the 4th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 8th. For the season, Wolter has hit .390 with 2 home runs and 20 RBIs. He has played in 32 games and scored 21 times. |
