Fleshman Spins 4-0 Shutout Sunday, May 13th , 2046 Eric Fleshman of the Reading Fightin Phils was on fire against the Erie SeaWolves at FirstEnergy Stadium. He shut them out, 4-0, on 4 hits, collecting 5 strikeouts and allowing 1 walk. "The first two pitches I'm looking for an out, a ground ball or a fly ball," Fleshman said later. "I'm trying to get quick outs. I've never been a big believer in trying to strike a guy out from the very first pitch. It's too easy to end up behind in the count doing that."
