Samsung Wins Round 3

The Samsung Lions clubhouse was filled with glee and celebration tonight, while the Texaco Stars room was filled with despair and sadness after the Round 3 concluded.
"Someone's got to win and someone's got to lose, we're just glad we're on the good end of it tonight and can enjoy this," said Ji-hoon Tokko, who was named MVP for a strong series of offensive performance.
Samsung won the final game by a 3-1 count at Watch Dogs Ballpark and the series 4-1.
Texaco manager Maurício Goulart was simple and to-the-point in his assessment of the series.
"They were the better team and deserve to move on," he said.
For the series, Tokko hit .444 with a .643 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 5 runs.
The Samsung Lions don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Starbucks Hot Shots - Ford Motors series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece. The Round 4 is scheduled to begin on March 17th , 2060.
