DC leads all teams with five prospects thanks to their bullpen presence, where they will send three players (Dave Bailey, Juan Garcia, and Ben Rietzke). Bay Area sends four players, the second most, with a starter, reliever, catcher, and infielder spot all being taken. Interestingly enough, more than half of the top talent on these rosters – 26 players, to be exact – were consolidated on PL teams.
