Paladins Earn 6-2 Win Versus New York
|
Cleveland Paladins starter Bobby Cortez was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the New York Empire, 6-2. Cleveland now has a 3-game win streak.
The game hit a turning point in the bottom of the third inning, when the Paladins were trailing 2-1. Ben Kist delivered a two-out 2-run single for Cleveland, catapulting his team into the lead.
"We'll sip on a cold one and savor this win," said Kist.
