The Mexico City Chupacabras picked up a win at Closeout Field, knocking off the Philadelphia Liberty, 2-1. On the mound for Mexico City was left-hander Angelo Rodriguez, who played a pivotal role in the win. In 6 innings, Rodriguez surrendered 3 hits, while striking out 6 and walking 0. He allowed 1 run. Jonathan Perkins earned the save, his 2nd.
