A 3-RBI performance from Sam Greene, who is tied for 2nd in the SL with a .338 batting average, helped the Indianapolis Hawks beat the Cincinnati Royals, 10-7. T.J. Elliott got the save, his 22nd in 26 chances. The Hawks own a robust 65-34 mark.

Indianapolis used the timely hitting of Matt Pressler to capture the win. The third baseman stroked a bases-clearing double in the top of the fifth inning to put the Hawks on top, 7-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but he made it count.

"I'm not out there for personal accomplishments," Greene told a Indianapolis Gazette reporter after the game. "I'm out there to help the team win, and that's what we did today."
