Williams Connects for 3 Homers for Reds

Steve Williams went yard three times in a Cincinnati (AZL) Reds victory over the Milwaukee (AZL) Brewers at Ed Smith Stadium.
"I was in a groove," he said. "Every pitch they tossed up there looked like a grapefruit."
For the day, the Cincinnati (AZL) second baseman went 3-for-3 against Milwaukee (AZL) with 9 RBIs and 3 runs scored in a brilliant display of power hitting that led the Reds to the 12-7 win.
"I tell you what. I'm shocked because I didn't think that last ball had enough to get out," he told BNN reporters in the clubhouse following the game. "I thought it was just going to be a long out."
Steve Williams hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 4th and hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 6th.
For the year, Williams is batting .316 with 17 home runs, 35 RBIs and 41 runs scored.
