Danville Loses Novak, Out 9 Months Monday, September 6th , 2049 Quincy Novak will have to wait a while longer. The Danville reliever was informed this afternoon that he will miss another 9 months with a torn rotator cuff. The injury has kept him off the field since 09/01/2049. Though Novak had hoped to return soon, he has no choice but to be patient. "Gotta stay focused," he said. "Gotta stay positive." This season Novak has claimed 1 save and registered a 2-2 record with a 5.75 ERA. He has 20 relief appearances spanning 40.2 innings and has struck out 39. |
