Battle Kings Sit Atop Conference 1 Division 3 Tuesday, April 23rd , 2052 Grown men turned into little boys, some even breaking into tears, in the Sunrise Manor College Battle Kings clubhouse, after the team clinched the Conference 1 Division 3. "We can relax a bit, for now anyway," said manager Ty Hensley. "I'm proud of every guy in the room for what we've done this season." The club has a 31-18 record as they head towards the playoffs in search of their 1st World Series championship. Center Fielder Tim Guy said the team is happy to clinch what is the club's 3rd division title, but "wouldn't be happy until we're lifting that trophy." |
