Jones Tags Marksmen for 5 Hits Thursday, April 21st , 2050 5 hits in a game is a rare thing, but Seattle College's Jeff Jones made it happen today against the Marksmen. Everything came together at the plate for the 18-year-old shortstop as he collected 5 hits in 5 at-bats -- and led the Swarm to a 22-6 win at Swarm Ballpark. "I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Jones said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats today. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em." Jeff Jones singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, hit a two-run single in the 6th and walked in the 8th.
