AL's Best Player Named Monday, May 19th , 2031 It was announced today that Detroit third baseman Eric Hendricks has been acclaimed by the American League as the Player of the Week for his outstanding play last week. Hendricks posted a .407 batting average as he collected 11 hits in 27 at-bats, 3 home runs and 8 RBIs. This season Hendricks is batting .319 with 45 hits and 9 home runs. He has scored 25 times and has 23 runs batted in. |
