Boston Mathematically Eliminated from Playoffs Friday, September 4th , 2054 Juan Aguilar said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Boston Shamrocks after they missed the Field of Dreams playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. This is the club's 8th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2046. In total, the Shamrocks have missed the playoffs 49 times in their 66-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Shamrocks have only made the playoffs once. |
