Division Series Goes the Distance, Miami Prevails Monday, October 12th , 2054 Miami Mutiny won a nail-biting series against the Washington Eagles 3-2, wrapping up the Division Series finale 6-5 at Piggly Wiggly Park. Mutiny right fielder Will Stoneman was named the series MVP. He batted .429, drove in 4 runs and scored 4 to lead Miami into the next round of play. "Will was real solid for us, real solid," said Mutiny manager Geoff Matt. "I normally say I'd like to have nine of him out there, but thankfully we got by with just one this time." The Miami Mutiny will play against the Virginia Beach Stars in the next round. Virginia Beach won their series against the Potomac Double O's 3 games to 1.
