SL2's Premier Player for 2054 Named

Dorian Peters took FOD Triple A by storm this year, and he did it all at the age of 25.
For his spectacular campaign, the Savannah Storm star has been named the 2054 Sub League 2 Outstanding Hitter Award recipient.
"To be considered amongst the best in the league is overwhelming," said the first baseman.
On the season he compiled a .340 batting average to go with a .398 on-base percentage. The native of Manasquan, New Jersey also added 21 doubles, 9 triples, 9 home runs, 48 RBIs and 69 runs scored.
He received 10 first place votes out of a possible 20. Ricardo Ortíz of the Chicago Packers finished second in voting with 5 first place votes, while Tom Lowe of the Reno Chukars finished third with 2 first place votes.
