Martinez Delivers Walk-Off Win for Mariners
The Seattle Mariners took Texas pitcher Hunter Gaddis's best shot and still were able to claim a win at T-Mobile Park. The final score had Seattle getting past the Rangers, 7-6. Gaddis went 6.1 innings and allowed 1 run, striking out 6. Seattle reliever A.J. Minter picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Joe Jimenez shouldered the loss. The first-place Mariners have won 5 straight games.

The Mariners procured the win, in large part because of designated hitter Gabriel Martinez. In the bottom of the tenth, he produced the game-winning run-scoring double.

"Nice to keep our winning streak intact," said Martinez.
