Allendale Sweeps into the League Championship Series
Josh Catacutan said he expected the Division Series to be "a battle from start to finish."

In the end, it was nothing more than a minor skirmish, as the Allendale Sky Chiefs encountered little resistance in sweeping the Brownsville Unicorns, to advance to the League Championship Series.

"It may have been a sweep, but it still was a tough series," said Catacutan.

Allendale won the final game by a 7-6 count and were led in the series by Catacutan, who was named MVP. On the series, he hit .833 with 0 home runs. He also drove in 2 RBI and scored 2 runs.

The Allendale Sky Chiefs don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Austin Rainiers - Cypress Pipers series. That series is tied at 1 game each. The League Championship Series schedule will be announced after the Division Series finishes.
