Brito Delivers Walk-Off Win for Mets
New York rode a decent outing from starter Ryan Middendorf to victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates. The final score was 4-3. The 7th-place Mets are 56-68.

Juan Brito was the walk-off hero for New York. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Mets pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

After the game, New York manager Brent Natwick applauded the team's effort. "They busted their humps out there," he said.
