The Houston Astros dealt the Chicago White Sox a 6-3 loss at Guaranteed Rate Field. Vinnie Pasquantino was the star on offense. He was 3-6 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI. Noah Syndergaard earned the save, his 2nd, for the Astros. Houston is now 67-70, while Chicago is 72-67.

Pasquantino had a game-changing double in the top of the 14th. On a 1-1 changeup from Dahian Santos, he banged a bases-clearing double to left, giving the Astros a 6-3 lead. It was the 36th double of the year for Pasquantino.

In postgame comments, Pasquantino said he was glad to contribute to an exciting win.
