Aces Earn 7-4 Win Versus Houston
The Las Vegas Aces topped the Houston Astros, 7-4, with designated hitter Yandy Diaz playing a big role. Diaz was 3-4 with a double and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times for the Aces in the win. Simon Pacheco got the save, the 7th for him this season. The loss drops Houston to 7-8.

Diaz had a game-changing double in the bottom of the eighth. On a 1-2 cutter from Shane Bieber, he banged a run-scoring double to right, giving the Aces a 5-4 lead. It was the 2nd double of the year for Diaz.

"Nice win for us," said Diaz. "Now we'll go after the next one."
