Mariners Lose to Rangers in Walk Off
|
Texas starter Shane McClanahan had a strong outing against the Seattle Mariners at Globe Life Field. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 4-3 win. With the win, Texas lifts its record to 10-16.
The Rangers relied on right fielder George Springer for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the 12th, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single to seal the deal.
After the game, Texas manager Rob Hale applauded the team's effort. "They busted their tails out there," he said.
