Aztecs Prevail, as Regionals Goes to the Wire
The Corona del Sol Aztecs and Harvard-Westlake Wolverines hooked up in a classic Regionals that went right down to the wire.

In the end, it's Corona del Sol heading off to the Super Regionals, after a 18-3 win at Field tonight earned the 2-1 series win.

Outside Field, whether they were supporters of Corona del Sol or Harvard-Westlake, many fans talked about how it was a series they would never forget.

Jaquan Ludd played the hero for the Aztecs in the series, as his MVP performance included a .538 batting average, with a .625 on-base percentage. He also had 1 home runs, 6 RBI and scored 4 runs.

The Corona del Sol Aztecs will play against the Huntington Beach Oilers in the next round. Huntington Beach won their series against the Bishop Gorman Gaels 2 games to 1. The Super Regionals schedule will be announced after the Regionals finishes.
