Un-four-gettable: Adgerson Hits for Cycle Wednesday, May 3rd, 2028 The Savannah HS Oilmen were too much for the Sacramento HS Orange Kings today, taking a 7-6 win despite the batting heroics of Sacramento HS left fielder Nehemiah Adgerson. In a losing effort, Adgerson had a monster game, hitting for the cycle. He collected 4 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 RBI. After the game, Adgerson said he was "unfazed" by the outcome. "Look, it's baseball," he said. "Best case scenario, you're still going to lose 40 percent of the time. You can't let it get to you." Nehemiah Adgerson doubled in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Omari Burage in the 4th, tripled in the 6th, grounded out in the 7th and singled in the 9th. Adgerson is currently hitting at a .276 pace with 5 home runs, 14 RBIs and has scored 18 times. |
