CAN Star of the Week Named Monday, April 18th , 2044 The Player of the Week has been announced by the Canadian. The award went to Héctor Zapata, third baseman of the Kingston Comets. He dominated league pitchers with a .727 average to win the honor. Zapata went 8-for-11 for the week, totaled 3 home runs with 5 RBIs and scored 3 times. So far this season Zapata has hit .351 with 4 home runs, 11 RBIs and scored 6 times. |
