CML Announces Player of the Week Monday, June 10th , 2069 Not every ball that came off Ángel López's bat last week was a line drive or a towering shot -- it just seemed that way to the teams that played the Milwaukee Hogs. For his exploits, López was named this week's Connie Mack League Player of the Week award. The Milwaukee first baseman put up 14 hits in 25 at-bats and 3 home runs while hitting .560 with 8 RBIs and 9 runs scored. For the year López is batting .332 with 22 home runs. |
