Chris Richardson Injured, Out for Season Monday, September 18th , 2073 Chris Richardson of the Destroyers just might have to call it quits for the season. The 31-year-old Delaware reliever received a possible season-ending injury against the Philadelphia Revolution recently at Minuteman Field. Richardson suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow while throwing a pitch. The Destroyers medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 7 months. For the season Richardson has 9 saves, tossed 88.1 innings, fanned 94 batters and produced an ERA of 2.14. He has also been credited with 4 wins and 6 losses. |
