Toronto's Ning Acclaimed Best CML Hitter Sunday, October 1st , 2073 There's nothing like putting up good, solid numbers in the last year of your contract. Today Lien-ying Ning helped his contract negotiations by nabbing September's Connie Mack League Batter of the Month honors. The Toronto first baseman put together a .308 batting average with 10 home runs, 27 RBIs and 22 runs scored. Someone will surely be opening up the vault this offseason if Ning continues at this brisk pace. This season Ning is batting .204 with 111 hits, 39 home runs, 122 RBIs, .317 OBP and has scored 77 runs. |
