JML Rookie Hittin' on All Cylinders in June Friday, July 1st , 2078 Pancho Piñeiro earned June's Rookie of the Month honors in the John McGraw League for last month's performance. The boyish San Antonio first baseman might be wet behind the ears, but he's proving that he has what it takes to play at this level. Piñeiro hit .296 with 5 home runs, 15 RBIs and 22 runs scored this past month on his way to winning the award. In his season totals, Piñeiro has 10 home runs, .307 BA, .388 OBP, 41 RBIs and 39 runs scored. He has played in 61 games. |
