Fightin Phils Continue Skid, Thanks to DiMiceli, Senators
The Harrisburg Senators topped the Reading Fightin Phils, 9-3, with third baseman Jeremy DiMiceli playing a big role. DiMiceli was 3-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for the Senators in the win. The Fightin Phils, now 18-39, have lost 6 straight.

The Senators got an important contribution from second baseman Andy Green, who in the bottom of the second punched a 2-0 fastball into left-center for a bases-clearing triple. It was his 1st triple of the season and put the Senators ahead, 5-1.

"It's not about individual awards," DiMiceli told a Harrisburg Daily News reporter after the game. "It's about winning championships. That's what we play for."
