A 3-RBI performance from left fielder Mitch Matthews, who is tied for 7th in the in doubles with 29, led the Scranton WB RailRiders to a win over the Buffalo Bisons, 7-4. The winning pitcher was Leith McCluskie. He's now 4-13. He went 5.1 innings, allowing 4 runs on 10 hits for the RailRiders. Josh Thomas converted his 19th save in 22 tries.

Chris Perkins dealt the Bisons a blow in the bottom of the seventh. Batting with the bases loaded and Scranton WB leading 5-4, Perkins hit a first pitch curveball for a 2-run single.
