Loss to Flying Tigers Extends Frisco Losing Streak
The San Antonio Flying Tigers and starting pitcher Ken Cox stifled the Frisco offense en route to a comfortable 10-2 win at Flying Tigers Ballpark. Cox, now 1-1, was the winner. In 7.1 innings, he gave up 10 hits, while striking out 5, walking 2, and allowing 2 runs. The slumping RoughRiders have lost 6 straight.

The Flying Tigers got an important contribution from center fielder Steve Ralston, who in the bottom of the second punched a 1-1 fastball into right for a 2-run double. It was his 4th double of the season and put the Flying Tigers ahead, 4-0.
