Hillcats Rally For Late Win Over Keys
Sean Grochala did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Frederick Keys from losing, 6-5, to the Lynchburg Hillcats at Harry Grove Stadium. Grochala was 3 for 4 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Alfredo Vital, credited with the win, is now 1-0. He allowed 1 run on 4 hits. The loss drops Frederick to 11-11.

The Hillcats used some clutch hitting to beat the Keys, a good example being the at-bat of Esteban Reynoso in the top of the ninth. With two down, Reynoso gave his team the lead, 6-5, when he hit a run-scoring single.

"There are times you get yourself out and there are times you come through," Reynoso said. "That's how it goes."
