Playoff Bound: Tropics Win Wild Card Friday, April 21st, 2023 If the Madison College Tropics want to bring the franchise its 1st championship, they will have to do it as the wild card. The Tropics officially clinched their postseason berth today and are now looking forward to the challenge of the playoffs. "It's not going to be easy, but nothing worth doing in life ever is," said catcher Jorge Mendoza. "As badly as we want to win, there's plenty of other MLB Junior College teams out there who feel the same way and want the same thing." |
