Sorrels Chosen #1 Player Monday, August 24th, 2020 The baseball must have looked as big as a balloon to Peyton Sorrels of Colorado (DSL) last week. The shortstop had quite a 6-game stretch and today he was named the Dominican Rookie League Player of the Week. Sorrels delivered 11 hits in 23 at-bats to hit .478 with 2 home runs and 13 RBIs.
