The first-place Pittsburgh Pirates picked up another win.
The Pittsburgh Pirates picked up a win at PNC Park, knocking off the Milwaukee Brewers, 2-0. Starting pitcher Zaire Grigley was a big reason why. In 6 innings, Grigley surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 9 and walking 2. He allowed no runs.
Sergio Palma took Milwaukee hurler Sean Boscia deep in the bottom of the sixth. His solo home run put the Pirates on top, 1-0. In all, Palma had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.
