The New York Yankees got a stellar performance from pitcher Jordan Lyles, who handcuffed the Boston offense en route to a win, 4-2, at Fenway Park. The save was credited to Deivi Garcia, his 10th. The Yankees move to 38-34 with the win, while the Red Sox drop to 32-38.

New York used the bat of Starlin Castro to capture the win. The first baseman jacked a 3-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Yankees ahead, 4-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a dandy.

"I like our mindset right now," said New York manager Garrett Lindsey.
