Omaha picked up a win at Werner Park, toppling the Scranton WB RailRiders, 5-1. Pitcher Brady Singer was one of the reasons the Storm Chasers triumphed. Omaha has run its win streak to 4 in a row.
Kort Peterson contributed to the Omaha win with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the first. For the game, the left fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 3 RBI.
