Streaking Dust Devils Win Another One, 7-3
|
Tri-City beat Salem-Keizer on the strength of starter Paul Hardy's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a win, 7-3. Hardy picked up the win for Tri-City, going 7 innings. He gave up 1 run on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 1-0. The Dust Devils have now won 9 straight.
Dylan Garand, the 21-year old catcher , had a direct impact on the outcome. Garand contributed a 2-run single in the top of the fourth inning to put Tri-City up, 3-0.
