The Port St. Lucie Mets got a superb performance from pitcher Marc Schroeder, but the Fort Myers (MIN) Twins still won the game, 3-1. Schroeder threw 7.0 innings of 6-hit ball. Fort Myers (MIN) pitcher Octávio Garza got the win, upping his record to 2-1. Marc Schroeder got the loss. Earning his 14th save for Fort Myers (MIN) was Jordan Taylor.

The Twins got a big hit from second baseman Alex Ulloa. In the bottom of the sixth, Ulloa pounded a run-scoring double to right-center. His 13th double of the season put the Twins ahead, 3-1.

"I felt good up there," said Ulloa. "I saw the ball well."

The win puts Fort Myers (MIN) at 26-20 this season.
