Orioles Win 4th Straight, Take Down Astros, 5-3

Sarasota and Kissimmee duked it out and the Orioles came out victorious.
Kissimmee got a terrific game from second baseman Justin Guerrera. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Sarasota, 5-3. Guerrera was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The winning pitcher was Brian Holbrook. He tossed 88 pitches over 7.1 innings, allowing 3 runs on 7 hits. Connor Pellerin got credit for the save for Sarasota. It was his 15th of the year.
D.J. Barker, the 23-year old catcher , had a direct impact on the outcome. Barker contributed a solo home run in the top of the second inning to put Sarasota up, 2-0.
Barker told a Sarasota Gazette reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
The first-place Orioles have won 4 straight games.
