Keys Dominate, Sweep Round 1

Many baseball pundits expected a close series in the Carolina League Round 1. It turned out quite a bit different.
\nThe Frederick Keys swept aside the Wilmington Blue Rocks to advance to the Championship, winning the final game by a 7-1 score at Daniel S. Frawley Stadium.
The series MVP was right fielder Evan Osborne, who hit .462 with a .462 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 1 RBI and scored 4 runs.
"We expected this series to go right down to the wire, so to sweep is a bit of a surprise," he said. "But we'll take it."
The Frederick Keys don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans - Winston-Salem Dash series. Myrtle Beach leads the series 2 games to 1. The Championship schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes.
