Raucous Whataburger Field Crowd Propels Hooks to 6-2 Victory; Series Tied at 2
The Corpus Christi Hooks and the Frisco RoughRiders will take the Round 1 to a decisive 5th game. In a must-win situation today, the Hooks beat the RoughRiders 6-2 at Whataburger Field to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Corpus Christi right-hander Tony Leal had a big role in the win. He threw 7.0 innings allowing 1 runs.

Lee Cook had a critical at-bat with no one out in the bottom of the sixth for Corpus Christi. He came through with a solo home run to put Corpus Christi in front, 2-0.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Leal.

Game 5 is scheduled for Sunday at Dr Pepper Ballpark in Frisco.
