Minnesota Loses, 10-5, Despite Copeland Performance
Gary Copeland had a good game, but he could not keep the Minnesota Twins from falling, 10-5, to the Cleveland Indians at Target Field. The Minnesota first baseman hit 3 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring three times in the loss. With the win, the Indians have a record of 78-60.

Rodrigo Espinoza had a big run-scoring double for the Indians in the top of the first inning. With Cleveland leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 3rd, he got a curveball from Nathan Kirby and stroked the double to right. It was his 19th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Indians ahead, 2-0.

"We swung the bats good throughout the lineup," said Cleveland skipper Suezo Kamida.
